More progress on dialogue system, and character animations are complete

For a while, I'd been putting off re-doing all of the human animations in the game. I originally made a crappy test skeleton that didn't even have IK controls, just to see if my idea for animation blending would work for the weapon aiming would work.  well, it did, but the animations were never final and I knew I would need to spend time re-doing them.  Now, Finally I finished doing that, I have some time this week to redo all 64 animations.  I also have re-programmed the dialogue system so its a bit more versatile (the same character can now talk for multiple lines, theres more text speed settings, and you can pass in a question without resetting the dialogue window.

Most of this is quality of life fixes for me though, I unfortunately don't have much to show off here this time.  My hoipe is as I get more and more of the game's core systems finished I can spend more time on the art , and then I'll feel more comfortable posting screenshots and videos.

If I can clean up the humanoid AI, the weapon system, and make an end-off-day damage report I should actually have enough in place to create a simple quest.  Once I am at that point I will get to really start focusing on smaller features and art, I'll hopefully feel less overwhelmed.
